Enquire Now🧾Why is the interstate price lower than the Victorian driveaway price?
The difference is not a dealer markup.
The Victorian driveaway price includes government on-road costs such as stamp duty, registration, number plates and VicRoads processing. These charges are payable only when the vehicle is registered in Victoria.
Interstate buyers usually prefer purchasing the vehicle unregistered and registering it in their home state. This avoids paying Victorian stamp duty and registration fees, which is why the interstate price appears lower.
You are essentially paying the same vehicle price — the difference is government charges, not vehicle cost.
🧾 What is included in the Victorian driveaway price?

-
Roadworthy Certificate (RWC)
-
VicRoads inspection & booking
-
Registration & number plates
